Lowered her A1C from 10.2 to 5.9 and now no longer needs a wheel chair.
Do you know what the best part of my weight loss has been? Having the support of Dr. Petteruti and his staff. Today on my visit to monitor my diabetes, I found out, due to my weight loss and close monitoring from the Dr. that I lowered my A1C from 10.2 to 5.9 this is one of the best days in my life.
Not only am I at my lowest weight in 22 years, but I have added years to my life. When I met Dr. Petteruti six years ago, he said ," I can help you lose weight and get out of that wheel chair, come see me." I did and I have loss the weight and I am no longer in a wheel chair. Has it been easy or fast? No, but he never gave up and it took time. However, I didn't gain it in six years either.
